About Us

We have a family history of helping people with their insurance decisions that goes back to the 1930s. Principal, Calvin L. Thaxton, Jr., is a University of South Carolina business school graduate with a BS in accounting. He has been in the insurance business since 1973 and has been recognized by several local community groups for his work over the years.

 

It is our agency's belief that our communities are stronger when we work together to meet each other’s needs. In that effort, each month we choose a charity and make a donation for every insurance quote we give. ​We support causes that are important to our work family. And when the time is right, we like to have fun too!
